The Socialdemocratic Party of Allograd, abbreviated as PSDA (from italian "Partito Socialdemocratico di Allograd") is a communist and socialdemocratic party in Allograd, is also the party that had an absolute majority of 4 out of 5 seats in the I Legislature (the fifth occupied by a party from the same coalition), in the actual government, the II Legislature, it has 5 seats out of 7, with the other 2 occupied by TFP
History
The party was created as a result of the union of the Communist Party of Allograd, of communist and democratic ideology, and the Center Left Party, of socialist, democratic ideology, more moderate than the Communist Party They joined together to face the nascent Falangist Party of Allograd and Allograd Janta Party, but in the end AJP got only one vote, from the founder, and the FPA failed to even run for office
In the first government, known as Jamie's TBP Government since the classification by legislature had not yet been applied, the PSDA was in opposition, beaten by The Bear Party which had 2 seats with Jamie to the position of Prime Minister, and AJP thanks to the coalition with TBP had 1 seat, that seat was given to Aānaāk Desslok, the other seat was taken by Phoenixel, leader of the Direct Democracy Association, that was in coalition with the PSDA. In the future it was confessed that Party President Sissiogamer1 would have liked to bring Laurel (who became Prime Minister in the next government) to the Senate, but in the end he was changed his mind since a few days earlier, together with Tizian and Almendria, he nuked the Directionist Bloc, a union of micronationsled by Aānaāk Desslok of which Allograd was also a part, so because of the controversy of his presence in the Senate, Aānaāk Desslok was decided.
In the future Sissiogamer1 and Laurel raided the discord server of Khiva, they motivated themselves by saying that they had to stop the dictatorship oppressing Khiva, Khiva President RandomGuy was also a TBP senator, and was quarantined to prevent a possible attack on the server, so the lack of a TBP senator, and the fact that the AJP senator no longer considered the Senate, made the government lose power to the point of not being able to pass any laws. Although RandomGuy was later released from quarantine, on 24 September 2022, Prime Minister Jamie resigned from his position of Prime Minister, causing new elections
In the second government, with the name I Legislature, the PSDA won with an absolute majority, but it was a very easy victory. The parties to run for office were the PSDA, which since Phoenixel did not make it in time to run the DDA also entered the PSDA since they were in coalition, and also ran the TBP and Revolutionary Workers Party, in coalition with PSDA.
First of all during the campaign, a member came in founding the Intergalactic Workers League, of posadist ideology, and Jamie with the TBP made a coalition, until they did a spece of raid to the server losing a lot of trust, and also during the raid Argo, founder of the AJP abandoned the server, that's why the AJP did not run for office. Jamie was forced to give TBP to abidano.
Also in the midst of the election Jamie , however without the knowledge of the actual leader abidano, disbanded the TBP, which was removed from the election, the TBP was however losing the election in a major defeat of the PSDA, all the members of the TBP also abandoned the server.
So at the end of the election the PSDA had 4 seats, which it assigned to Laurel (by then finished with the Almendrian controversy), Edward, Aānaāk Desslok and Phoenixel, bringing Laurel to the position of Prime Minister, the other seat was occupied by the founder of RWP. Initially it was a perfect government for the party that could pass all laws without any opposition, until for diplomatic reasons Almendrian President Tizian, with Novaj, entered the Allograd server, although they were initially peaceful, this caused an emergency when they let in a lot of Almendrians, also causing many people, including Edward, PSDA senator, to leave the server, without having resigned anyway, Edward also left the micronational community then.
The abandonment of many users and the disappearance of a PSDA senator made the government very unstable to the point where referendums could not even reach the quorum.
So on 30 October 2022, Prime Minister Laurel, urged by President Sissiogamer1, resigned causing new elections, both to make the government stable again but also to allow the new opposition of The Freedom Party, successor to the TBP, to come into government.
Unfortunately, some of the PSDA's laws and reforms could not pass, such as a law preventing the government from easy instability and also forming a government with mandatory ministries to be assigned, however, the PSDA managed to implement an economy and increase the number of senators from 5 to 7.
The PSDA ran for new elections proposing the same reforms that could not pass, and also with the idea of founding an online military army, to defend the server, and possibly even attack, again proposing Laurel as Prime Minister
In the elections for the 2nd Legislature, the PSDA again succeeds in winning an absolute majority, but the number of voters is getting lower and lower and complete political disinterest is always shown by the citizens, the PSDA gets 75% and the TFP 25%, getting 5 and 2 senators respectively, between the two parties an agreement was made whereby Jamie will go up to the Foreign Ministry to help Allograd get new citizens, and it is hoped that the two parties have a good cooperation following common goals for the development of the country.
On 1 December 2022, the draft Constitution of the Federal Union of Soviet Democratic Socialist Republics was shown to party members, and the members showed general approval of the draft
This enabled the founding of the FUDSSR on 10 December 2022, and the dissolution of all the parties of Allograd, so the Socialdemocratic Party of Allograd became the PCUDS, Communist Party of the Democratic Socialist Union
