The Snagovian identity card (Romanian: Carte de identitate, informally called Buletin) is an official identity document issued to every Snagovian citizen residing in Snagov. It is compulsory to obtain the identity card from 14 years of age.

It is issued by the numerous Public Local Community Service for the Registration of Persons (SPCLEP) in each Snagovian commune.
