The Empress of Shurigawa is the ceremonial monarch in Shurigawa's system of constutuional monarchy and is the head of the House of Hamamoto (Shurigawan Imperial Family) and the ceromonial head of state. According to Shurigawa's constitution, she is "the symbol of the state and of the unity of the people".Currently its donimated by the House of Hamamoto
