The Seybold Department of The Census is the Seybold Department that makes the monthly census of the Democratic Republic of Seybold.

History

On 30 November 2018, President Cooper Norfolk, who is also the Head of the Seybold Department of The Census, decided that the logo of the Department was outdated and looked horrible. His solution was to create a new logo for the Seybold Department of The Census. At about 6 A.M. UTC-5, he created the new logo. The new logo has the words “Department of The Census” in a straight line. Above the line of words is a black, medium-sized circle with a picture of three cyan people with a check mark in the bottom right corner. That was put there to represent that the Seybold Department of The Census counts the people of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. President Cooper Norfolk enjoys the logo very much and said that it was a quote, “improvement from the last one”.

First Census

On 1 December 2018, the Seybold Department of The Census asked all citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold multiple simple questions to compile the first ever Census of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. This Census is one month late due to technical issues, as it was supposed to occur on November 1st, but at least it is happening now. All eight citizens were asked about their their name, age, religion, race, sex, languages spoken, species, and employment or unemployment. Those choices were put on a piece of paper and sent to all citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold at about 6 A.M. UTC-5. The first census paper given to the Seybold Department of The Census was submitted at 6:30 A.M. The Seybold Department of The Census did not giving out individual information on any single person, but they did compile the data into multiple pie charts for scale. All of the Census papers were turned in at 5 P.M. UTC-5 to the Seybold Department of The Census to make pie charts for each subject. Eight Census papers’ were turned in, meaning there are exactly eight citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. The Census papers proved that the majority age of the Democratic Republic of Seybold is eleven at 25%, the majority religion of the Democratic Republic of Seybold is a tie between Christianity and Buddhism at 37.5%, the majority race of the Democratic Republic of Seybold is Causcasian at 37.5%, the majority Sex of the Democratic Republic of Seybold is Male at 75%, the Majoirty Language of the Democratic Republic of Seybold is English at 75%, the majority Species of the Democratic Republic of Seybold is Homo Sapiens at 75%, the unemployment rate is at 100%, and the Retirement rate is at 12.5%. The Seybold Department of The Census claims that the next Census would be on 1 January 2019, recounting the month of December, 2018. President Cooper Norfolk is very happy about the turnout of this Census, as it was only optional.

New Head

On 4 April 2019, the Seybold Department of Immigration accepted a new citizenship form of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. Overall, this makes the population of the Democratic Republic of Seybold be at eighteen, which is also very exciting. The first citizenship form of the day was submitted by a woman by the name of Jonelle Maude Phillips who lives in Florida and is Seventy-six years of age. This is a very exciting day for all citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold because Jonelle Maude Phillips is the third female citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold, which is great for diversity and overall amazing. Jonelle Maude Phillips was very excited to become a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold and has been waiting a while for an opportunity to join the Democratic Republic of Seybold. She will be living in New Springfield, the Federal District of New Springfield. President Cooper Norfolk was also very excited to welcome another citizen, mainly because Mrs. Phillips is a very good friend of President Cooper Norfolk. Jonelle Maude Phillips has chosen to join the Independent Party of Seybold. She wanted to join the Independent Party of Seybold because it quote, “was the only party that fit [her] views the most out of all of the political parties in [the Democratic Republic of] Seybold,” according to Jonelle Maude Phillips. Jonelle Maude Phillips has been appointed to the office of head of the Seybold Department of The Census. She was appointed to that position due to her experience in the organization and her ability to be diligent in certain tasks. President Cooper Norfolk was happy to hand over his duty of being the head of the Seybold Department of The Census. to the best of his abilities. Jonelle Maude Phillips was very excited to become a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold.
