Sempistan is a self declared independent state, more commonly known as a micronation. It consists of 5 people. It is an absolute monarchy, and is ruled by Xavier.
Etymology
The etymology of the name Sempistan is unknown, but may come from Polish sęp (vulture) or Old English senep (mustard), with the suffix -istan, originally from Persian and used to form country names.
