Semi-independent territories of Cilsur or abbreviated as Cilsur is a Spanish micronation found above the peninsular center. It was created by fun among friends on October 7, 2022, claiming places without much appreciation in different areas of a village in the province of Segovia, Castilla y León.
Etimology
Cilsur is the sum of the syllables Cil and Sur, each with its own meaning. Cil comes from Cyl, the official abbreviation for the autonomous community of Castilla y León in which the country is located. Sur is the Spanish translation of South. The name means "In the south of Castilla y León".
History
Principality of Cuevaland (31 August 2021)
The micronation is the supposed successor of Cuevaland, a principality that was literally a room in a house, independence was a failure, as it was taken back by Spain in less than an hour of independence, the area where it was founded and a few tens of square meters around the place is one of the few places where it is illegal to form a micronation.
Founding and Expansionist Stage (7 October 2022 - 4 January 2023)
The micronation is created on October 7 in an area of the village Valverde del Majano in the current territory of Parque, it is founded by driving a stick into the ground, appointing a president and 4 ministers. The next day (October 5) the capital called MC (Minecraft City) is founded, which is the first capital in a minecraft world, something "childish" but functional.
On October 22, 2022, Cesar Sacristan and Ivan Palomo (president and vice president by order) added an incredible number of territories to Cilsur, which increased the extension to a third of a square kilometer. Later, in mid-November, half a square kilometer of territory was added. The country reached 0.825 square kilometers, quite an achievement for the Cilsur government, since in one month they had surpassed the Vatican in extension. Subsequently, the territories of Valverde Interior, 2 city-states in Minecraft, territories in nearby towns and finally numerous territories in Valverde del Majano were added on January 4, set as the end of the expansionist stage.
First Diplomatic Stage (Since 4 January 2023)
On January 4, 2023 something happened that changed the history of Cilsur, apart from the last expansionism. Diplomatic relations were made with the Spanish-Bulgarian Socialist Republic nation that received independence on January 2, 2023 (2 days earlier) supported by Cilsur. A mutual recognition treaty was made in which both countries became allies. That same day Cilsur was divided into 5 republics: Martin Miguel, Garcillan, Valverde del Norte, Valverde del Sur and Torredondo, each led by a minister, but this caused a problem and that is that the mutual recognition treaty was only valid in Valverde del Sur, the head of Cilsur.
On 01/14/2023, something happened that was known a few days ago and that is that the presidents of Valverde del Norte, Garcillán and Martín Miguel were against the one of Torredondo, it was really just because, but that day the republics of Valverde del Norte and Garcillán led to more in an unrational and rather rude way, when Valverde del Sur went against and denied them their shares, so far it went that the number of Cilsurians went to 2, leaving only the presidents of Valverde del Sur and Martín Miguel.
A restoration began, the territories of Valverde del Norte and Torredondo were annexed to Valverde del Sur, which was renamed to the same name of the nation. The Republic of Martin Miguel, already renamed to the Ivanic Republic, would take control of the Republic of Garcillan, later the president of the latter would become king. On January 20 the Spanish-Bulgarian Socialist Republic became part of Cilsur as another constituent republic and the Minecraft City-States also became official constituent countries. A calendar, the 9th Floor Mathematical Calendar or Cilsurian Calendar, was also created and became official.
The first outside country to make diplomatic relations with Cilsur was Boronia, which did so on 01/17/2023.

The citizens of Cilsur are Generation Z and Generation Alpha, so the culture is online, the most popular video games are among others, Fortnite and Minecraft, although thousands of games have been played by Cilsurians, including FIFA, GTA, Call of Duty Warfare, etc.
Like many other micronations, they have Youtube and Twitter accounts.
Hellenic and Cyrillic Spanish
Something promulgated by Cilsur and considered cultured in this one, is to write Spanish with the Cyrillic and Hellenic alphabets. The use of Cyrillic is official due to the use of Bulgarian in the nation, it is common to speak using this alphabet. The use of the Hellenic alphabet, unlike the Cyrillic, is of cult and education within Cilsur.
Because Spanish is read as it is written, each pronunciation has a very easy-to-predict alternative, so this version of Spanish is made by substituting letters of the Latin alphabet with those of the other alphabets.
Cilsurian Calendar
Something that identifies the culture of Cilsur is this calendar, which is very accurate, since "when the Cilsurian calendar has been reset, the Gregorian calendar is one day behind".
