The Scynn Consulate (Scynn: Ščynnžiŕgahje'äpra) is the sole legislative body of the Kingdom of Scynja. The Consulate was founded on 26 March 2022 to replace the inefficient Parliament, and since its foundation has passed more than 70 laws. The Consulate is an appointed body made up of five Consuls, chosen by His/Her High Royal Majesty and the Prime Minister, and both can dismiss members at their own personal discretion.
Members
Within the Consulate are a total of 5 Consuls, along with the Prime Minister, who has power to vote and to present Bills like other Consuls, and the High King, who can present Bills but may not vote on them. Each Consul member is appointed jointly by the High King and by the Prime Minister, in relatively uneven values. As of January 2024, there is one vacant seat in the Consulate due to a lack of decision being reached on who shall be appointed.
