The San Andrean general elections, 2013 is the second presidential election and third legislative election held in the People's State of San Andreas on January 14–18, 2013. The elections saw the re-election of President Migs Caldeo for a second term and the National People's Party winning a majority in the People's Assembly.

Presidential elections

The 2013 presidential elections is the second in the history of the People's State of San Andreas and it is the first election in which two candidates would be running for the presidency.

Nominations

National People's Party

At the First Party Congress of the National People's Party held on October 15–19, 2012, it originally announced that Philip Lacerna would be the presidential candidate of the party. It would later change its decision during the said congress with Migs Caldeo being the candidate of the NPP, and Philip Lacerna being the candidate for one of the legislative seats in the Fourth People's Assembly.

Monarchist Party

The Monarchist Party's leader, Vincent Del Castillo, decided during the registrations for the election that People's Assembly member Karla Ngitngit is to be their party's candidate.
