The Royal Family Order of Matthew is an honor bestowed on female members of the Liahonian Royal Family by King Matthew. Such an order is considered more of a personal memento than a state decoration, although it may be worn during official state occasions.

The Royal Family Order depicts King Matthew sitting on a bench in front of the Mesa Arizona Temple. The miniature is bordered by a silver ring and surmounted by the State Crown. The ribbon is purple – the King's favorite color – and formed into a bow. It is worn pinned to the left shoulder of the recipient. The ribbon bar is worn on a military or civil service uniform, if applicable.
