The Royal Ameristralian Army is the land force of the Sovereign Municipality of Ameristralia. The Commander-in-Chief is the Lord Mayor of the municipality; currently His Eminence David Brooke. It is professionally and administratively managed by the Chief of the Army. The position is void at this time.

Ranks and insignia

The highest rank in the Royal Ameristralian Army is Field Marshal. This rank is reserved for the current Lord Mayor. During wartime, the sovereign may appoint a high ranking General to the post of Field Marshal until peace has returned.
