The Regimental Sergeant Major of the Bavarian/Saxon Guard is the most senior Guard of the Bavarian and Saxon regiments in the New Prussian Imperial Guard.
The rank of Regimental Sergeant Major of the Bavarian/Saxon Guard is worn by the Emperor and retired Soldiers who have been awarded the rank. The rank may also be posthumously awarded.
Insignia
The insignia of a Regimental Sergeant Major is three chevrons, three rockers and one star. Blue for the Bavarian Regiment, Green for the Saxon Regiment.
