Recruit is the lowest rank in all branches of the Armed Forces of Bastara. It is held by all enlisted personnel during their basic training. All recruits are automatically promoted to the next respective rank up upon successful completion of basic training.
The rank was established on 10 June 2023.
Insignia
The rank of recruit has no official insignia attached to it. However, it is sometimes practice in the Royal Bastaran Navy to issue a blank orange rank tab to recruits - which is then removed from the recruits the day before their passing-out parade to signify completion of training.
