RWAF Guildfordshire
Royal Wellmoorean Air Force Guildfordshire, commonly known as RWAF Guildfordshire, is a military academy in the Kingdom of Wellmoore. Its primary role is train and commission Royal Wellmoorean Air Force Officers as well as to train Aircrew. All RWAF Officers are required to pass out of the academy after successful completion of a course to be commissioned.

History
The Academy was founded on 30 April 2022, as the first Air Force academy in Wellmoore.
Selection
To enroll as an Officer Cadet or as a Trainee Aircrewman candidates are required to pass the Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre or be permitted to enroll into the academy by the Monarch of Wellmoore.
Courses
There are three courses currently offered by the academy:
- Initial Officer Training
- Initial Officer Training (Reservist)
- Initial Aircrew Training
Organisation
The Academy is lead by a commandant, who typically ranks at Group Captain, and an Academy Warrant Officer. They act in an administrative and an instructional role.
Instructors
Instructors are appointed from across the Air Force. They typically are Senior Non-Commissioned Officers ranking from Sergeant and above.
