The Prime Minister of The Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih is the head of government and the second-highest political office of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih. He is also the head of the State Council in RNCHC.
Unlike other micronations, the Prime Minister is directly appointed by the President, and it is not necessary for the Federal Sovereign Council to approve the appointment, although it can still pass a non-binding motion to confirm the appointment. Also, it is not necessary for the Prime Minister to be a member of the Federal Sovereign Council, although they can hold their position as a member in the Federal Sovereign Council once they are appointed as Prime Minister, traditionally they will give up their seat to make sure that they won't hold the position in both executive and legislative branch.
The current Prime Minister is De-Youg Lee from the Civic Union, which took office on 28 June 2021 after the former Prime Minister Wei-Hong Lin resignation due to his own private reason.
