Noah De-Yong Lee is a Monreinavan politician who served as the Prime Minister of the Federation of Monreinava and Chairman of the National Committee of Civic Union since August 2021. Before that, he had been a member of the Central Council from 2020 to August 2021. He is also the first Chairman of the Movement for Freedoms from Dec 2021 to Jan 2022. He has been a Member of the National Assembly (MNA) for District II since 2023.
Since the Prime Minister was elected by the Parliament instead of the President, his party has never able to win a majority in the Grand Council. However, he has still managed to be re-elected as Prime Minister several times due to his political skills, which has earned him the nickname "Lucky Noah" and "The Tumbler" in Monreinavan, as well as being able to serve as Prime Minister for the many changes in the office of the Federal President caused by the re-election of Gyeong-Ming Han. In 2023, he surpassed his predecessor Wei-Hong Lin to become the longest-serving Prime Minister in the history of Monreinava. Therefore, several phrases reflect his power and influence in Monreinava's political arena.
At the same time, due to the series of political reforms he carried out after he became the Prime Minister, which changed Monreinava from the presidential system before he became the Prime Minister to a cabinet system in effect, he was dubbed by his supporters as the "Progressive Noah"; however, his opponents believed that this was only to allow him to stay in power for a long period and to overshadow the President. Besides, the successor of Gyeong-Ming Han after his departure from the position of president was all close friends of Noah, and he promoted some of them, and therefore he was criticized as "the first person to drive democracy backward" and "The real head of state of Monreinava".
