The Presidential Citation Ribbon is currently the highest award in the Nemkhav Federation. It is awarded only by the President. Established on November 25, 2011, the Presidential Citation Ribbon may be granted to any Nemkhav and non-Nemkhav citizen "for micronational excellence".The ribbon consists of a thick red vertical stripe, then a thick white vertyicla stripe, then a thick blue vertical stripe with a capital, blue E in the middle, in a gold frame.
