The Federal President of Excelsior is the head of state of the United Federation of the Terra Excelsior Republic. The President directs the Presidential branch of the federal government and is the Commander-General of the Excelsioran Military.
The President of Excelsior has the power to vote or approve laws passed by the Federal Parliament, as well as control over the Excelsioran Militrary, the power to issue executive orders, and a multitude of other government duties. The power of the President has grown significantly since the establishment of the position, with the incumbent President, Silas Wurnbash, having shaped much of the office into its current form. The President is directly elected using a two-round system every year.
The incumbent President is Silas Wurnbash, who assumed the office following the resignation of President Akash V.K. Wurnbash was re-elected to a second term in office in May 2022.
