The President of Ceticilia is the main executive office in Ceticilia. The President's office is described in the constitution as follows:
§2 - President
- 2.1 - The President is the Head of State of Ceticilia and is directly elected by the Ceticilian people. Their regular inauguration is invariably to be held on March 29th.
- 2.2 - The President internationally represents Ceticilia as a whole. In cases in which it is allowed, it is possible for the President to send a personal representative.
- 2.3 - The President has absolute veto over all draft laws.
- 2.4 - The President ensures that all elections and referenda are held in accordance with the law.
- 2.5 - It is possible for the President to delegate their power to the ministries governed by the President.
- 2.6 - The President must announce the results after each national election in Ceticilia.
- 2.7 - The President is responsible for declaring the Supreme Judges.
