The Presidency of the Atillaterra-Roscami Confederation was the main organ of the executive branch of the Atillaterra-Roscami Confederation when it was in existence.
Powers
The Interim Constitution stated that; By convention, the President of Roscamistan shall be President of the Confederation and the President of South Atillaterra shall be the Vice-President of the Confederation. De jure the President held great power over the confederation and the constituent republics, but because of the confederal structure, the President and Vice President didn’t have much power in the management of the constituent republics other than emergencies and foreign policy.
The President was also the chief executive of the Confederation, though the Premier of the Confederation was the head of government and de facto political leader.
Dissolution
After the Republic of Hamptonshire and State of Green-Rock were admitted to the confederation, South Atillaterra left over distaste for the two other entities, the office was dissolved and replaced by the Supreme Ruler of the Roscami Colonial Empire.
