The Premier of the Daikoku Federation, or Punong Ministro ng Pederasyong Daikoku in Filipino, is the head of government of the Daikoku Federation.

The powers and duties of the Premier of the Daikoku Federation is listed in Chapter IV of the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation.
The Premier is responsible for supervising state administration, and conducting the national policy.
