The Pointer-Matachewanian War was a small digital conflict that started on the 10th of April, between the Federation of Rocky Point, the 3rd Kingdom of Matachewan and the 3rd Kingdom of Ticronvidia. The conflict began when the Matachewanian Government alleged Ticronvidian Prime Minister Suyash Adhikari had introduced corruption to Matachewan. These tensions mounted until Matachewan and Ticronvidia declared war on each other. The Federation of Rocky Point's government believed that defeat for either country could be greatly detrimental to its own foreign interests, having formed alliances with them both earlier that month.
Rocky Point Island provided Matachewan and Ticronvidia an ultimatum that demanded both nations agree to a white peace agreement within 24 hours of its issue. Neither country was willing to negotiate, resulting in Rocky Point declaring war on both Ticronvidia and Matachewan.
Rocky Point began preparations to hold a match of the videogame of Call of War between itself, Matachewan, and Ticronvidia, devising several plans to conquer the countries that Matachewan's players would choose to play as. Eventually, Ticronvidia and Matachewan's players failed to join the match, and a peace agreement would be made between Matachewan and Etukan only a week after the start of the conflict on the 17th of April, that would involve Matachewan ceding half of New Katowice (Bell Island, Ontario) to Rocky Point. New Katowice would be a colony of Rocky Point, and later Etukan until Etukan's land reforms in 2020, which effectively made it territory of Ontario, Canada once more Ticronvidia and Matachewan would restore normal diplomatic relations on the 21st of April.
