The Plea of Amendment for the case of Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union is a Plea of Amendment created by Supreme Federal Court Chief Justice Ethan Brinkman on 30 June 2022 in relation to the ruling of the Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union case, which has led to the creation of Article 42 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union.

The Supreme Federal Court Chief Justice Ethan Brinkman wishes to forward a Plea of Amendment relating to law that has been found unconstitutional and unjust. The following Acts, Statutes and legislative areas need to be revoked and amended to match the ruling of the Supreme Federal Court in the Case of Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union 1 A.U.L.R 1 [2022]
Section 1:
Comrade Chief Justice Ethan Brinkman in the case of Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union has ruled for the removal of Articles 9 - 11 of the Civil Protection Act 2021.
Section 2:
Comrade Chief Justice Ethan Brinkman in the case of Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union has ruled for the removal of Section 1 of the Preventative Measures Act 2022.
Section 3:
Comrade Chief Justice Ethan Brinkman in the case of Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union has ruled for the creation of Article 42 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union which is suggested to state:
Article 42 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union:
The Arstotzkan Federal Government of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union, in good faith and respect of the rights of this Constitution shall not have the power to create, pass or ratify any Act, Statute or Law that allows for the discrimination of any individual regarded as a citizen, resident or immigrant of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union
Passing
On 30 June 2022 the Executive Committee voted on the Plea that had been brought forward by the Minister of Justice. It was passed with a 11 - 0 unanimous vote and all sections were accepted. At midnight (12:01 am) all Sections of the Plea came into force and all laws that were removed were nullified.
