The Paneran Civil war was a 3 day conflict fought in Panera between Republican Forces, Royal Forces, and Communist forces. It started when King M. Bison declared monarchies egotistical and founded the republican army, jailing several royal advocates and putting capital city Ryu under martial law. Communist forces saw this as a perfect time to rebel and fired upon Republican forces, starting the battle of Ryu City. The battle ended with a communist victory but communist forces in Sandville were able to take the city.
Battle of Ryu City
On March 27, communist forces saw Ryu City under martial law and took the chance to fire upon Republican forces. A paper missile was launched from a rooftop at a Republican tank, causing it to explode. Republican forces fired lego guns at the building which the missile was fired from, and Republican air forces dispatched paper airplane strike forces to locate any other communist strongholds in the city. The strongholds were all destroyed, yet communist forces in Sandville, where there was no martial law, took the city and surrounding cities. The Paneran People's Air force, the air force of the communists, sent paper airplanes to engage in combat with Paneran Republican forces over the Paneran countryside.
Paneran Embassy Siege
On the 28th, North Paneran and Legolese mercenaries stormed the Paneran Embassy in the US, taking the diplomat and secretaries hostage. The mercenaries had been flown in a Paneran People's air force from Sandville to a field, got out, and snuck into Ryu City, still under martial law. They then disguised themselves as defecting soldiers from North Panera, asked for asylum, before pulling out weapons and taking hostages. The siege ended with a foam missile being fired at a lone mercenary on the second floor. And Republican forces storming the floor, M Bison being among them, and arresting all of the remaining mercenaries.
Aftermath
On the March 29th at 8:09 PM South Paneran time, a stalemate was signed at the Paneran DMZ. The stalemate stated that the country would be divided into 2 parts, divided at a DMZ. The stalemate did not have an assigned end.
