Sandville is the capital and only city in North Panera
Geography
Sandville is the southernmost and only city of North Panera. It has 1 long beach which has a cliff overlooking it. Most hotel buisnesses and resorts are on the cliff, giving guests easy access to the beach.
History
The city's land was first looked upon by M. Bison after going on an expedition from the US. The beaches were very nice looking from under the sun, so Resorts and casinos were set up to draw visitors to the beaches. It was captured by communist forces in the Paneran Civil war, and made capital of the new People's Republic of Panera.

There is an airport which has flights to Legolia, Sandville International Sunport.
