Pandar, officially as Sawo Pandar, is a constructed language spoken by the people of Paddaya, a province in the Kingdom of Arlandica. The language has its own constructed writing system. The script type is Abugida.

According to the Constitution of Arlandica, it is one of the two constructed languages of the kingdom invented by Joshua Borja, the incumbent governor-representative of Paddaya, the other one is Lémaritan.
