Beginings
Oxhall was founded on 15 March 2020 by Luke of Wellmoore as the second out of three regions of Wellmoore.

Oxhall is lead by the Lord Mayor of Oxhall, who may be affiliated with a political party or remain independent.
The Lord Mayor and the Oxhall Regional Council have the duty to run Oxhall, and create regional laws (these can be overturned by HM's Government of Wellmoore).
