The Order of National Excellence of the Balzian Republic (Balzian: Orden dos Excelencia Nacional dos Republika Balsiero) is a civilian order bestowed by the President of the Republic of Balzi on individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence in various fields of national significance. The order acknowledges exemplary service and contributions to the development and advancement of the Republic of Balzi.
The order was officially established by Presidential Decree No. 9,[1] signed on September 2, 2024, which outlined its creation and criteria for awarding. Presidential Decree No. 10,[2] also signed on September 2, 2024, listed the first recipients of the Order of National Excellence, recognizing their exceptional contributions.
The first awards of the Order of National Excellence will be conferred during a virtual ceremony on September 7, 2024, to notable individuals including Jhon Benedick Ganzalao, Joel De Vega Lirazan, Jov Manabo, Renzo Niebres, and Felix Isaac Tomado. Each awardee has made unique and valuable contributions to the Republic of Balzi.
History
The Order of National Excellence was established on September 2, 2024, by Presidential Decree No. 9, signed by President Carl Miguel Salgado Victa, to acknowledge individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Republic of Balzi in various fields, including governance, culture, arts, and public service.[1] The first awardees were announced under Presidential Decree No. 10, which specified five initial recipients for their exemplary services.[2]
Criteria for the Award
The Order is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary achievements and excellence in their respective fields. The recipients are selected by the President based on their notable contributions to the development, progress, and welfare of the Republic of Balzi.
Notable Recipients
The following individuals were the first to be awarded the Order of National Excellence in recognition of their contributions:
- Jhon Benedick Ganzalao - For his outstanding contributions as the Governor of Ruzka and as the Founder of the Region of Ruzka, a major historical and political player in the history of Ruzka.
- Joel De Vega Lirazan - For his important role as the appointed Chairman of the 2024 Constitutional Convention of Balzi, providing essential guidance and leading efforts to establish a democratic system with accountability and transparency.
- Jov Manabo - For his significant achievements in creating and developing the Roblox game used by Balzian civilians and officials, including its design and its role in the La Addrecia pour dos Toutecia a Nacion or Balzian State of the Nations Address.
- Renzo Niebres - For his dedicated service as the Governor of Vicodia and as the Administrator of the Balzian Space Administration, leading several departments and advancing proposals to excel in space sciences.
- Felix Isaac Tomado - For his active role as the Governor of Klenburg and as the Chief of the National Guards, defending Balzian cyberspace and maintaining order and command.
Award Ceremony
The recipients of the Order of National Excellence will be formally honored in a virtual ceremony on September 7, 2024, as decreed by Presidential Decree No. 10.[2]
