Felix Isaac Tomado
Felix Isaac Tomado (born June 18, 2011; in Manila, Philippines) is a Filipino political figure who currently serves as the Governor of the Region of Klenburg and the Chief of the National Guards of the Republic of Balzi under the National Civilian Force of Balzi. He became a citizen of Balzi in June 2024 and has since been involved in the nation’s governance and ceremonial functions.

Background
Felix Isaac Tomado was born in the City of Manila, Philippines. He became a citizen of the Republic of Balzi in June 2024. In July 2024, he was appointed as the Governor of the Region of Klenburg, where he has focused on regional governance, development, and the integration of Balzian cultural norms and values.
On 18 August 2024, Tomado was appointed as the Chief of the National Guards of the Republic of Balzi by President Carl Miguel Salgado Victa through an executive order. As Chief of the National Guards, he is responsible for overseeing national security, maintaining public order, and leading military strategies to protect the interests of Balzi.
Tomado also participated in President Victa’s LATAN (the Republic of Balzi’s version of the State of the Nation Address) as the Chief of the Colors during the virtual ceremony, marking his first major ceremonial duty in this capacity.
