Design A flag twice as long as it is wide, and containing three horizontal segments. The top segment is dark green, the middle being white, and the bottom being dark blue. The middle segment is 1/7th as wide as the flag is. Centered in the canton of the flag, there is a white star 2/3rds as wide as the top segment.
