The National Museum of History and Culture (Ilocano: Nailian a Museo ti Pakasaritaan ken Kultura), also known as the Lebetaryan Museum, is a museum and library located at Lémarita Palace in Rio Santiago City, a territory of Arlandica. It is one of the largest micronational museums in the world. The museum collects, preserves, and displays the heritage of Arlandica in the areas of social, political, cultural, scientific, and military history. Its collections are exhibited occasionally.

It was established around the year 2020. All of museum's collection are the property of the 1st and current President of the Parliament, Benz Gian Arellano. Visitors in the museum are taught about politics, history, and culture of Arlandica and the rest of the world.

The National Museum of History and Culture is the only museum in the Kingdom of Arlandica. The museum contains numerous collections of flags, stamps, banknotes and coins, religious items, books, and pieces of old documents. Most of its collections are old, rare and high value. An American-era Philippine coin is the most valuable collection so far, it is worth of approximately ₱21,600 to ₱32,400.
