The National Agency for Environment Protection (ANPA) is an agency of the Decracy of Vilthia established for the protection of environment and natural resources.
The agency deals with counteracting and resolving episodes of pollution and contamination of the environment, authorizes activities with environmental impact and authorizes the exploitation of natural resources.
The inspectors of this agency have the title of Public Officials in the service of the Sovereign.
In carrying out its functions, it can make direct use of the Gendarmerie forces.
