Act 8
1. Only the Emperor and his soldiers may own heavy weaponry.
2. Only the Emperor may mint coins or print money.
3. The Empire retains the monopoly over the mail service run in the Empire and the telecommunication networks.
4. The official currency is the Pound Sterling (£)
