Muhammad Andy Rafly (born April 22, 2000) is the first president of the Republic of Shuffle. He was the founding of the Republic Shuffle with the vice president Izhar Ardhyanu Bagus.
Rafly won the election held on May 4, 2011. He became the first president of Shuffle with the vice president Izhar Ardhyanu Bagus

On May 5, 2011, president Rafly gained the rank "Captain" after play the game "Nerf War" with the vice president Izhar Ardhyanu Bagus. On the May 22nd 2011, he was promoted to the rank "Colonel" and was finally promoted to "Field Marshal/Marshal" on June 4, 2011.
