The Empire of Aurumia, known officially as the Celestial Empire of Aurumia and Aurumia among its citizens, is a micronation located in the British Isles. Aurumia's capital is Ronensberg, and the small micronation has a permanent population of four. It is still a developing country. Aurumia covers 223.889 sq feet, located in the Emperor's bedroom. The nation operates with a ceremonial monarchy. The main currency of Aurumia is the Caesere ($7.37).
History
Aurumia's current monarch is Emperor Oren I, who was born in Scotland on 14 December 2010. He is the son of HRH Jim Broderick and Claire Broderick, the Royal Mother. The nation's origins are traced to the summer of 2021, when upon reading You Rule!, 10-year-old Oren Broderick decided to create his very own micronation. It was in January 2022, however, that he took the name Emperor Oren I and then the following month, he designed a crest and issued banknotes. However, the official Independence Day of Aurumia is still to be experienced, as the supreme constitution is not yet completed.
Creation - What'll happen? When? What can we be sure of?
The idea of this micronation has been thought up over many years, so even though the Emperor has a long way to travel before ending and actually functioning this amazing nation, he will have some ideas set and ready to go, to be put into use as one of the many things that will build Aurumia up, its population, success and profit too. Emperor Oren is planning to officially establish Aurumia's existence on 1 July 2022.
Geography
Aurumia is bordered on all sides by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It will be administrated from Province of Debica, its only other province being Elppa (meaning "Apple" in Aurumian, after the Apple tree that stands there). But Emperor Oren is planning to establish claims over a minuscule territory in southern England, which is covered by a den that he himself constructed.
Ronensberg is the capital of the Empire of Aurumia. It is located in Bedistan Province and is named after Emperor Ronen I, the founder of both Aurumia and the capital.
Architecture
Aurumia's architecture is based largely on ancient Egyptian style, with its own methods thrown in. Temples to Aurumian gods take a sphere shape, representing either the sun or the earth. Religion plays a part in Aurumian architecture as well. The sun, which is said to be ruled by the god Nus, is the base around Aurumian culture. It shows in many paintings, clothing, songs, and in the spherical "Sun" temples.
