Elppa

Elppa, officially the Aurumian Kingdom of Elppa, is a state within the Empire of Aurumia. It comprises of three counties, Stona, Trea, and Galanthica. The current Duke of Elppa is Louis I, a close friend and noble of the Aurumian Emperor himself.
