The Ministries Act was the first law ever enacted in Harlan's Presidency. It was made in order to establish the first few ministries and branches within those ministries, of the Republic of Valkerion. The Ministries Act would found the Valkerian Ministry of Defence, the Valkerian Militia Corps, the Valkerian Treasury, the Bank of Valkerion, and the Valkerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
