The Minister of Union Affairs, sometimes known as the Union Minister, is the head of the Department of Union Affairs, an Aumarean executive department, and a senior member of the federal cabinet. The minister is appointed by the President on Senate advice and consent.
They have overall responsibility for the Department of Union Affairs and hold significant influence over the states in the federation and their standing and membership in the union.

- Overseeing State's Affairs
- Overseeing Requirements for Statehood
- Implementing Government Policy Concerning the Union's States
- Discussing with State Governors
Appointment
The union minister is appointed by the President of Aumarea after they take office. The president normally appoints a person to office on the advice and consent of the senate.
