The Micronational Organization for Education, Science and Culture (MOSEC) is an intermicronational organization based on spreading culture, saving art and serves as a kind of "Micronational Online Museum of Art". To be part of the organization, a person needs to donate at least 3 pieces of art, such as literature, graphic design, pictures or photos.
Establishing
The organization was established on 26 December 2019 by Principality of Ermenstein and Reino de Wikonga e Indias Orientales Espanolas. Talk between those 2 micronations was hold on creating Intermicronational Cultural Organization for protecting cultures of micronations, Wikonga also made website (Visit here). Legislative power is called Administrative Senate which watches members if everything is going well and diplomaticaly. MOESC's first language is Spanish, but English is used as second language and is used when contacting and talking with micronations.
