Michael of Paperis (born 5 August 2003) is the Ruler and Creator of Paperis, having Printed and controlled Paperis since its creation on 7 August 2019. Michael came from a middle-class family that lives in Northern Virginia.
From his birth to 2007, Michael Lived in Alexandria until one day, he found a plastic apple,ate it and had to get his stomachache pumped. The real reason why Michael moved is unknown, but Michael prefers to agree with this story.
He is currently Ruler and Creator of Paperis.
Early life
Michael Was born in Alexandria, Virginia to Julia and Michael II. In 2007, Michael moved out of Alexandria. Michael was always a chatholic, and was baptized and confirmed.
Micronational Life
Land of Paperis
Michael knew what Micronations were at an early age. He always came to the decision of designing one in his backyard, but due to the amount of time required to make one, he decided to hold it off for another day. On 7 August 2019, at 6:18 PM, Paperis was printed. on 10 August 2019, The Memorandum of Freedom was made to announce its split from the US. From This point until his decease, Michael is now considered Ruler of Paperis.
