Michael Ferrari is a Wynnish-American politician currently serving as the Chancellor of Wynnland since 2023. He is the first Wynnish Chancellor to never hold any other political offices before being elected to the chancellery.
Ferrari has been involved in a few micronational projects including the now defunct micronation of Novoskya.
