Michael Ferrari is a Wynnish-American politician and former Chancellor of Wynnland between 2023-2024. He is the only Wynnish Chancellor to never hold any other political offices before being elected to the chancellery.
Ferrari has been involved in a few micronational projects including the now defunct micronation of Novoskya.
