A Marshal of Royal Queensland Air Force is the most senior commissioned officer of the Royal Queensland Armed Forces, more specifically, the Royal Queensland Air Force. It outranks an admiral of the navy, and a general of the army. Its equivalent is an Field Marshal of Royal Queensland Army, and a marshal of Royal Queensland Air Force.

A Admiral of the Fleet insignia consists of two crossed batons surrounded by Silver color in which the military baton It has a crown and leaves around it and is placed over a silver military baton below St Edward's Crown. Like Marshals of the RQAF and Admirals of the Fleet, Field Marshals traditionally remain officers for life, though on half-pay when not in an appointment.
