Mandatory Nazerick was a mandate after the claimation of Alex Diego's house. As it was mandated, by law it was able to return to its prior state, upon request of the High Commissioner.
High Commissioner
The High Commissioner served as the head of government as could impose new laws, prohibit items, and the latter. The High Commissioner was Alex Diego, who served until removal and dissolvement.
