M. Ibrahim is a Raphanian politician and airline pilot who serves as the second Prime Minister of Raphania and CEO of RaphAir. Prime Minister Ibrahim joined Raphania in June 2023 and following Wiskova's ascension to capitol, Mr. Ibrahim was appointed to his ministerial role. Due to his profession as a pilot, in June of 2023 he was selected to head Raphania's national airline.
