Luzia is the capital city of the State of Guapore, founded on May 21, 2022 by Junior, it is the third largest city in the country, behind Western and Eastern Madeira. The city is in the Federal District, a district within the Department of Chaldezia. It has been an autonomous city since 2 May 2024, just like the district in which it is located. Its Mayor is Jake, the Vice Mayor has not yet been appointed.

New Flag (ValeVRG state)
It all started after the creation of the Republic of Valentia Riqueza and Grandeza (ValeVRG), a micronation led by Jake, Luzia, at the time called New Flag City, was the capital of the then Federal Unit of New Flag (currently Guapore). The city was very important for the country, as it was the capital of one of the most important states there, and it was also the city that Junior, a very important politician in the country, lived in, the city had several districts designated by Mayor Junior, with even a school that never really worked. The city was the center of the Brazilian community of ValeVRG, as Portuguese was the only language spoken in the region. In terms of size, the city was very small, just 275m², which was changed a few months later.
New Flag (Federal Republic)
After New Flag's independence, the city was designated as the capital, its flag was changed to the flag it used previously, and the city tripled in size (825m²) and the population rose a lot. The city continued to be called New Flag City, and embassies began to be created, which were from ValeVRG (Until 18 June 2024), Ikerlàndia and Sprinske.
Colvarasia
After the collapse of New Flag on November 30, 2023, its territory was annexed to Colvarasia, the successor to ValeVRG, and the city was part of the Division of Chaldezia and Rubidea, with the city now being called Luzia. The city was much less inactive than in its past, being almost forgotten, apart from the fact that Junior was appointed Viceroy. In the bubble system it was part of the Gruzin community, in the Colvarasia division it was part of the Fun Kingdom of Colvarasia.
Guapore
Currently, it is the third most populous city in Guapore, is 1.7km² long, and is the most modernized among the 6 cities. It is part of the Federal District, a district within the Department of Chaldezia, the Mayor is Jake, and is divided into some internal districts. There is the seat of government, Cruzeiro Palace, and there are 2 embassies to date.
Geography
The city's relief is not very hilly, the city is located in the Amazon, more precisely in the Amazon basin, close to the Madeira River, located at an altitude of 87 meters, the climate is humid tropical, with rain during most of the year. It has an area of 1.7km², with the headquarters located in the Sub-District-Capital, the time zone is Luzia Time (UTC-4).
Administration
Luzia's administration is very simple, the Mayor of the city will always be the Mayor of the Federal District, the Mayor is the owner of the executive power and is democratically elected, but can be removed. The Assembly of Councilors is an assembly with a maximum of 25 members, it holds legislative power and has the power to remove the Mayor, but only if the majority of members vote in favor, the Assembly has a president who is elected from among them. The judicial power lies with the Regional Judiciary of the Federal District (PJR-DF), which is proposed by the Mayor and approved by the Assembly, which can be overturned by both as well. They check the laws and activities of politicians, intervening in more serious cases.
