The Lord President of Wynnland, was a governmental position in the Kingdom of Wynnland. The Lord President had some sway over both the executive and legislative powers, and together with the Cabinet and the Chancellor themselves was accountable to the monarch, to Parliament, to their party, and ultimately to the electorate, for the government's policies and actions. The last and only Lord President was Plamen Iliev. The office of the Chancellor was established by a Parliament act, written by Milaw Oakforrest on the 12th of June 2022. Forwardly stated in the act, the Chancellor appoints a Lord President who has the confidence of the House of Commons; this individual was whoever the Chancellor choose. The position of Lord President was created by passing the act titled "AN ACT To Create a Lord President of the Wynnish Realm", which was repealed by the Smith Administration in September of 2022.
