| The court reaffirms that homosexual couples are not allowed to marry in the Empire, nor will such marriages conducted outside of the Empire be recognized by it.
The court will also decide that, upon request of the plaintiffs, that an attempt to change one's gender or sex is unlawful under any circumstances in the Empire. The Empire will also only recognize a citizen's SOB (Sex Of Birth) as their sex or gender. The court, despite it's reaffirmation of ELC01D6 will recognize homosexual unions performed outside of the Empire. | |

For example, ELC01 case numbers are cases which where decided by the Local Elarian Court No. 1. 'D' stands for decision, with the digit(s) after representing the decision number. For example 'ELC01D1' indicates the first decision made by the first Local Elarian Court.
