This article will go over all Elarian court cases to date.

This is a list of recognized cases which were decided outside of the Empire.

Decision
The court reaffirms that homosexual couples are not allowed to marry in the Empire, nor will such marriages conducted outside of the Empire be recognized by it.

The court will also decide that, upon request of the plaintiffs, that an attempt to change one's gender or sex is unlawful under any circumstances in the Empire. The Empire will also only recognize a citizen's SOB (Sex Of Birth) as their sex or gender.

The court, despite it's reaffirmation of ELC01D6 will recognize homosexual unions performed outside of the Empire.

Decision
The court finds that homosexual couples are not allowed to marry in the Empire, nor will such marriages conducted outside of the Empire be recognized by it. Homosexual acts themselves, however, are not unlawful as to decide such would be to unlawfully breach a citizen's right to privacy.

The court finds that all law enforcement officers are lawfully required to identify themselves when such requests are made by citizens. Exceptions to this decision would, however, include law enforcement officers under specific orders from the Emperor of the Empire of Ela'r'oech, or military personnel who are not law enforcement officers.

The court finds that the corporations 'Firefly' and 'Dragon Studio' are lawfully allowed to operate as separate entities if they wish. The court also finds that the corporations may operate as a conglomerate under any name they wish, whether it be 'Dragonfly Studio' or otherwise.
