National flag

Flag Date Use Description
2020–present Grand Duchy of Cordinar The state flag of Cordinar is known colloquially as the 'Francol'. The flag is a triband composed of yellow, red, and blue with three fleurs de lis in the centre of each line which serve as symbols of the French heritage of the first Cordinari and their former nation of Canada. They also represent the three founding nobles who created Cordinar, Kory, William, and Odolf. Though the meaning behind the colours is unknown, the story of the nickname of the flag is as unique as the nation it represents. It was named the 'Francol' by Grand Duke Kory when fellow Cordinari, Nicholas, made a sarcastic remark about the flag. Nicholas said the flag looked like "The Colombian flag with french [REDACTED] on it". Kory then combined the words Colombian and French, which became the 'Francol', and that still stands to this day.
