William II (William Connor Dinan; born 14 April 2005) is the self-declared Count of Dinan and the Count of Valley West. He was granted the title of count upon Grand Duke Kory's ascent to the throne on 26 October 2020.
William had previously served as the King of the now-defunct Kingdom of Mhatavastein until its disestablishment in early 2018.
