Limbolia, officially the Republic of Limbolia, is a sovereign state, most often characterized as a micronation. Limbolia is situated in Northern Europe and is completely surrounded by The Kingdom of Denmark on all sides, with the Capital being Limburg.
Government and politics
The Limbolian Government is Buddist Socialist[1], with the Buddhist Socialist Party as the ruling Party. The Limbolian Council is the official Legislation of Limbolia, and has one political party which only includes the Buddhist Socialist Party.
Limbolia is traditionally considered an anocracy since the President is there until she resigns or dies, but the president has nearly no power over the Limbolian Council so parties can get democratically elected into positions. The Limbolian Council has no power to remove the President from her position.[2]
Foreign relations
When it comes to treaties, Limbolia only has a Mutual Respect Statement, which also serves as mutual recognition. The State of Samizdat often holds events like football, Music Festivals, and more which Limbolia likes to participate in. While not formally signed, Limbolia has had diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Salada since the 4th of March 2024. Nothing has come out of the established relations so far.

Economy
Limbolia uses the Limbolian Frank as their official currency with the only alternative currency being gold or the Euro. The Limbolian Economy is a Socialist Economy. The GDP of Limbolia is $3000 and the GDP pr Capita is $200, with the economy growing largely in the past month.
Limbolia is reliant on President Sylvia Andersen's funding to keep everything running as Limbolia is not yet economically stable, therefor the Republic of Limbolia is considered a poor country.

Limbolia has a population of 2 people, and they are predominantly Buddhist.
Limbolia has 184 square meters, it is completely surrounded in Northern Europe by the Kingdom of Denmark. The Republic of Limbolia has 3 districts in total including Limburg, Northern Forest, and Verldes Sílvar (English: Western Forest). Limburg is the capital of Limbolia meanwhile Verldes Silvar is the biggest in area.

Limbolia was officially established on the 20th of March 2022[6], but after 5 months of existing it was dissolved as President Sylvia's Mental Health completely crashed. On the 1st of August 2023 Limbolia was reestablished as the Republic of Limbolia. President Sylvia made great economic improvements and infrastructure improvements.
Foundation
The Republic of Limbolia was originally founded on the 20th of March 2022, it was founded as a Christian nation who was struggling to stay alive. While having written a declaration of independence, the young nation had no constitution, and no way to sustaining itself, and no plans for the future.
Dissolution and Second Republic
The First Republic of Limbolia would be dissolved, it’s unknown when it happened but the First Republic was dissolved so Sylvia Andersen could focus more on her mental health. On the 1st of August 2023, the Second Republic of Limbolia had been declared, this time Limbolia has made its own currency, constitution, passport, and a proper structure.
Al-Qaeda's War on Limbolia
On the 18th of August 2023, Al-Qaeda officially declared war on Denmark and Sweden[7], President Sylvia said that probably included Limbolia as well and recognized the War Declaration as Including Limbolia due to Al-Qaeda not recognizing Limbolia as an independent state. This was only recognized because of National Security concerns. While legally speaking Limbolia is still at war with Al-Qaeda, the Limbolian Armed Forces have not been involved.
That war would be declared invalid on the 21st of July 2024 by the Limbolian Council.
Limbolia lost lands
On the 8th of October 2023, the Council of Limbol decided to unclaim some territory in Northern Limbolia..
Rise of Buddhism
The Rise of Buddhism started somewhere in 2024. On the 20th of February, Limbolian News published an article about the percentage of Buddhists in Limbolia, the results were 100% Buddhist. On the 24th of February the Leader of the Limbolian Communist Party left the Communist Party, and the day after she established the Buddhist Democratic Party, and even proposed Oh Mani Padme Um as the Limbolian National Anthem, though it never reached Parliament. The Buddhist Democratic Party would eventually win the 2024 Elections and become the ruling party of Limbolia.
The New Republic
After the Buddhist Democratic Party took over, the Republic went through a huge change, changing from a Communist Republic to a Buddhist Socialist Republic, with a new New Flag, New National Anthem, Coat of Arms, and a whole new constitution.
The Communist Revolution
President Sylvia Andersen was tired of running a revisionist Government, as the new constitution prevents her from calling any elections, she launched a Communist Revolution and seized power in 2 seconds forming the new Socialist Republic of Limbolia.
Limbolian Reformation
President Sylvia Andersen realized the stupidity of the revolution and decided to reestablish the former Republic of Limbolia and created the Buddhist Socialist Party. She started the 1 week plan to tranform Limbolia back to it's former glory, which is still ingoing. The Limbolian Council would also redeclare Oh Mani Padme Um the national anthem. As a part of the Limbolian reformation Limbolia was rebuilt as an Anocracy, the Limbolian Armed Forces was disbanded and replaced by the Limbolian Defence Forces.
Annexation of Verdania
President Sylvia would reveal that she was also the Queen of Verdania, she would then go on to annexing the nation into Limbolia so she could concentrate more on Limbolia. The nation would get integrated in to Limbolia on the 25th of November 2024.[8]
Military
The Limbolian Armed Forces was the original military of the Republic of Limbolia, administrated and partially funded by the Limbolian Council. The President is commander-in-chief of the military.
On the 21st of July 2024, the Limbolian Council dissolved the Limbolian Armed Forces and replaced them with the Limbolian Defence Forces, their reasoning was that Limbolia is a peaceful nation and the military is there to defend Limbolia, not to conquer, and the name, motto, flag, coat of arms, and constitution needs to match that.
Nowadays the Limbolian Defence Forces has a standing army of 1 personnel and one motorized vehicle.
Administrative divisions
Limbolia has 3 administrative division. Limburg serves and the Capital City and is the oldest claim Limbolia currently possesses. Northern Forest is the old mainland of the former Kingdom of Verdania who were integrated into Limbolia. Verldes Sílvar (English: Western Forest) is the largest region in Limbolia who were also formerly a part of Verdania, most of the region in not under Limbolian control.

Limburg
Limburg is the capital city of Limbolia and is home to the Limbolian Council. 50% of Limbolians live in Limbolia, 100% of Limburg's population is Buddhist. The city was founded on the 20th of May 2022 and have a total of 1 inhabitant, it's very small with a total of 6 square meters.
Limburg was established as a part of Limbolia on the 20th of March 2022, back then Hallia was still a seperate entity from Limbolia, but was integrated into Limburg on the 21st of July 2024 as a part of the Limbolian Reformation.
Hallia
Hallia was a province in Limbolia, it was founded on the 20th of March 2022. It was originally 8 square meters in size but was decreased in size on the 8th of October 2023. Hallia officially unified with Limburg on the 21st of July 2024.
Plania
Plania was a province in Limbolia founded on the 20th of March 2022, it was 8 square meters in size and was mainly used as a meditiation area. It was officially dissolved and unclaimed on the 21st of July 2024. On the 25th of November 2024, Limbolia reannexed Plania as a part of Northern Forest, but have recently had plans to make it it's own province again.[9]
Northern Forest
Northern Forest is a province of Limbolia which was annexed on the 25th of November 2024 during Limbolia's annexation on Verdania. It's 0.178 km2 making it the second biggest region in all of Limbolia. The area is mostly forested, and their capital is Verde.[10]
Verldes Sílvar
Western Forest is a forested region who was annexed on the 25th of November 2024 during Limbolia's annexation of Verdania. The area has gone unmeasured though is it by far the largest area of Limbolia. The area is completely forested and the capital is Solar Verde.[11]
