Latvian Socialist Republic, or LSR Was a self-declared enclaved independent state with little or no international recognition, and was commonly referred to as micronation by external observers. LSR was located in Northern Europe, in Riga, and was surrounded by Latvia from all sides. The capital is Riga. It was created officially on 16 September 2021. It was previously in the Union of Estonian Latvian Socialist Republics with the Estonian Socialist Republic.
